OMP Perego began as Officina Meccanica Perego in 1954, later changing its name in 1968. The company produces dies for the automotive market, designing and manufacturing medium-sized dies for the drawing, shearing and cold-stamping of sheet metal, progressive dies, transfer dies and dies for robotic press lines.
The company’s headquarters are located in Via Pascoli 1, La Valletta Brianza, on a total area of about 6000 square meters. It consists of a recently built office building – also home to the technical department – and two sheds covering an area of almost 3000 square meters, with nine gantry cranes with a maximum capacity of 15 tonnes.

OMP Perego has a staff of almost fifty people who are able to completely follow the production process, starting from the feasibility of the die to the production, including the subsequent controls and putting into the production line of the finished product.
All the operators who work in the company – in the offices or production department – possess the necessary qualifications provided for by the regulations in force.
The heart and soul of our company is undoubtedly the modern technical department which specialises in the design of dies. It is equipped with innovative CAD/CAM systems and interfaces via Ethernet with the numerical control machines present in the mechanical workshop.
