2 - Compulsory / optional nature of data collection and consequences of any failure to provide data
The consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in the previous point is mandatory and any refusal will not allow the sending of some communications for the purpose of marketing and will not allow the management of your request sent through the section "Contacts ".
3 - Processing methods
Personal data will be processed as follows:
recording and processing on magnetic media.
4 - Data communication
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason. The electronic archive relating to promotional communications is kept on the Italian territory and consequently no transfer of personal data takes place outside of Italy.
For the purpose referred to in the previous point:
- personal data may be processed by subjects within the Company, in their capacity as Appointees, only if the processing is necessary to perform their duties performing only the operations necessary for the performance of the tasks themselves

The personal data collected for the purpose of this statement will be kept until the consent is revoked, in the case of marketing purposes, and until the request is fulfilled, if the contact section is used.
