PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process used by OMP Perego to make its medium-sized dies is divided into five separate stages. In the first design stage, our experts assess the feasibility of the project together with the customer. After which the technical department carries out all the activities to create the three-dimensional model with the use of modern CAD/CAM programs. Then comes the construction of the die which, before the strict control stage, leads to the die being put into the production line.
The key words of the project-based approach are dynamism and flexibility. These characteristics allow us to offer customers the best product possible.
Our fleet of machines is constantly updated because we are a company projected into the future.
HISTORY
1954
Founding of Officina Meccanica Perego in a small town in Brianza.
1968
Changing of the company name to OMP Perego. Changing and expansion of the company’s headquarters.
1994
Generational change in the management of all the company activities.
1996
Completion of the office building and expansion of the technical department.

After verifying the feasibility of the project, our technical department puts all its experience and skills gained over the years at your service, using CAD/CAM programs that offer a flexible and modern design.
PRODUCTION
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
Once the project has been approved, the die is physically produced and milled, and perfectly assembled in all its components. The great flexibility of the company allows our technicians to make continuous changes and improvements, guaranteeing the customer a final product that meets all their needs.

Each medium-sized die produced in the OMP Perego factories undergoes strict quality controls. Precise and strict controls ensure that the finished product fully meets the customer’s requirements.
PUTTING INTO THE PRODUCTION LINE
THE FINISHED PRODUCT
After the inspection phase, the production department of OMP Perego puts the die into the production line, checking its functionality and, if necessary, makes the final modifications before closing the production process in an impeccable manner according to the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
